SECURITY POLICY

ASM's security objectives are to:

• Provide secure practices in ship operations
• Establish safeguards against all identified risks for the security of the ship
• Consistently upgrade security management skills of personnel ashore and aboard ship, including emergency preparedness for terrorism, piracy and pilferage

• Maintaining high standards of vigilance,security consciousness, personal discipline and individual accountability
• Adhering to a comprehensive training program
• Keeping relevant personnel fully informed of any known or potential threat that may affect them, their colleagues, the ship or the environment
• Following documented operating procedures regularly by a system of internal verification
• Reviewing all mandatory national and international rules, regulations, industry codes and guidelines that are relevant to specific vessel types and trades
• Providing all the necessary support / guidance to the "Company Security Officer" and "Ship Security Officer" to assist them fulfill their duties in accordance with all relevant national and international regulations
