    • On-board staff training: The training of on-board staff is encouraged and periodically reviewed based on gap analysis.
    • ASM regularly monitors the benefits of imparted trainings and modifies training modules as required.

    • On-Job Training: ASM also engages third party trainers to sail with vessel for “On-Job Training” (OJT).
    • Office staff training: Shore staff is encouraged to participate in various training programs covering latest industry needs and developments, technical refreshers , commercial, personal development and skills enhancement.
    • Superintendents and other personnel in the technical department undergo commercial courses including Charter Party clauses, Marine Insurance etc. to best protect stakeholders interests.
    • In addition, it considers junior staff mentoring by the senior colleagues a very important aspect for knowledge enhancement and development.
